Orders are delivered within the next 24 business hours after payment confirmation.

Other cities in Colombia:
Delivery time is approximately 3 to 5 business days, depending on carrier availability.

All shipments are made with insured coverage.

National shipping cost: $18,500 COP

Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs on all transactions, including exchange or return requests.

Exchanges & Returns

If you wish to request an exchange or return, please contact us within three (3) business days after receiving your order, in accordance with Colombian Consumer Protection regulations.

Once we receive your request, we will provide the address where the product should be sent. Exchanges or returns will be processed through the same purchase method used for the original order.

To qualify for an exchange or return, the product must be:

• In perfect condition (unused)

• In its original packaging

We will review the item upon arrival and, if it meets the required conditions, proceed with the exchange based on inventory availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we will present the current available options so you can choose the best alternative.
